About the Role

n

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll work as part of a supportive care team to deliver high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents. You'll play a key role in promoting wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming and oral care
n
- Assist with meals, mobility and daily living activities
n
- Support lifestyle and wellbeing programs
n
- Monitor, document and report changes in residents' condition
n
- Promote residents' dignity, choice and independence
n
- Follow Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control practices and TLC policies
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care
n
- Previous aged care experience preferred
n




- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Current Influenza and X3 COVID-19 vaccinations in line with TLC requirements
n
