Airefrig Australia is a family-owned national wholesaler for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry with 14 branches throughout Australia with 4 branches here in NSW.Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth over its 55 years in business.

Overview

n

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this great full-time opportunityinvolves both counter and phone sales. No prior internal sales experience in the HVAC&R; industry is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidate.

n

Key Responsibilities (but would not be limited to):

n

n
- Counter and phone sales
n
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable solution based on specifications, costs, and availability.
n
- The applicant will be required to process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking, packing and organising the delivery of items
n
- Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships
n




- Work alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to help satisfy / fulfil customer requests
n
- Assist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take etc)
n

Qualifications and Experience:

n

n
- Minimum Year 10 certificate of completion
n
- Customer service/retail experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
n
- Must demonstrate robust communication skills (verbal and written)
n
- Ability to work autonomously in a team environment
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail required
n
- An interest in creating and maintaining customer relationships
n
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
n
