Join Better Rehab's industry‐leading Graduate Program, kicking off January 2026, based in Chermside. Supported across all steps, you will develop clinical expertise in the NDIS and community.

Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities

- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans across diverse environments (clients' homes, day centres, parks, clinic rooms).
n
- Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop cutting-edge solutions.
n
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness lasting impact.

Program starts with a full week of graduate‐specific induction sessions and 6 months of dedicated induction, training, and up‐skilling.

n

- Support: Buddy system and colleague support.
n
- Supervision: Discipline‐specific 1:1 Supervisor; clinical support in NDIS and caseload.
n
- Ongoing Training: 6‐month induction, training, up‐skilling.
n




- Study Leave: 4 paid days per year.

About You

You Will Also Hold

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with graduation date 2025 or Jan 2026.
n
- A valid driver's licence and personal vehicle.
n
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
