About the Role

n

Based in our flagship showroom, you'll showcase a diverse product range to builders, developers, trades and residential customers. This is a consultative sales role were building rapport and delivering exceptional service is key.

Your day-to-day will include:

n

n
- Greeting and assisting trade and retail customers in the showroom
n
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
n
- Preparing quotes, processing orders and following up on leads
n
- Maintaining showroom presentation and displays
n
- Providing technical advice and tailored solutions
n
- Supporting the external sales team
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who thrives on customer service and can work independently. You'll have:

n

n




- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
n
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
n
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday (8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30)
n
- Willingness to travel to Yatala for initial training
n
- Helpful (but not essential): showroom or window experience, ability to read plans
n
