Ochre Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our accredited general practice in Tea Gardens. With over 70 practices nationally, we are committed to safe, high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with RACGP Standards for General Practices.

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Tea Gardens practice — combining clinical expertise, and a genuine care factor to make a lasting impact on patients and teams.

The Role
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice
n
- Support clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety systems
n
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary general practice team
n
- Contribute to chronic condition management, preventive care, and health assessments
n
- Wound management
n
- Minor procedure assistance
n
n
Essential Criteria
n
n
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
- Strong organisational skills and qualified accountability
n
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in line with RACGP standards
n
- Cannulation certified
n
- Valid Australian work visa or legal work authorisation required. Ochre does not offer sponsorship for this role.

Desirable (not essential)
n
General practice nursing experience
n
n
- Immunisations, wound care, ECG, spirometry
n
- Chronic Condition Management and Health Assessments
n
- Ear syringe certified desirable
n
- Experience with Best Practice software
n
n
