We're looking for an experienced Workplace Relations Senior Advisor to join our People, Performance & Capability team. Reporting to the Workplace Relations Manager, this newly created role offers the opportunity to shape how workplace relations are delivered across a large, complex and highly unionised organisation.
n
Partnering with leaders across our network, you'll provide expert workplace and industrial relations advice while managing complex employee matters with confidence, fairness and commercial judgement.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Provide end to end support across a broad range of workplace relations matters.
n
- Provide expert advice on the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, up-to-date awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislation.
n
- Partner with leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused workplace relations solutions.
n
- Represent or support I-MED in Fair Work Commission matters and assist with enterprise bargaining and union engagement.
n
- Prepare investigation reports, policies and workplace documentation.
n
- Coach leaders and People team members to build workplace relations capability.
n
- Monitor legislative changes and identify emerging workplace relations risks and opportunities.
n

About You
n
You'll be a trusted Workplace Relations professional who enjoys solving complex people challenges and building strong stakeholder relationships.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
- Significant Workplace and Industrial Relations experience within a large, multi-site organisation.
n
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, modern awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislation.
n
- Experience managing complex investigations and employee relations matters.
n
- Exposure to highly unionised environments and multiple industrial instruments.
n
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A practical, human-centred approach with sound commercial judgement.
n
