About Your New Role | Key Responsibilities

n

As the Grid Connection & Power Quality Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for grid connection and power quality solutions across Australia. Reporting to a Global Sales Director, you will:

n

n
- Drive business development with utilities, EPCs, developers, and regulatory bodies
n
- Shape strategic go-to-market plans and sales growth initiatives
n
- Deliver solutions that meet Australian regulatory and technical standards
n
- Represent the company at industry forums and events
n
- Lead the preparation of tenders, proposals, and commercial documentation
n
- Maintain and report on a strong sales pipeline
n

Skills & Experience

n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- 5+ years of experience in the Australian energy sector
n
- Strong technical knowledge of grid connection and power quality requirements (AEMO, DNSPs, NER, etc.)
n
- A well-established network across utilities,



developers, EPCs, and regulatory bodies
n
- Proven success in B2B technical sales or business development
n
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
n
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
n
