DOOLEYS Catholic Club is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives across our venues, driving foot traffic, increasing member engagement and supporting exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns, communications, promotions, events and entertainment across DOOLEYS.
n
Your Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across DOOLEYS venues.
n
- Creating and coordinating digital marketing communications, including email, SMS, social media and in-venue promotions.
n
- Managing the Club website and overseeing digital and social media content.
n
- Working with the designer to develop creative marketing and advertising collateral.
n
- Working in collaboration with external agency to implement paid digital advertising campaigns to drive engagement and visitation.
n
- Analysing campaign performance, customer engagement and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
n
- Overseeing the delivery of club events, entertainment and promotional activities.
n
- Collaborating with Department Managers and external contractors to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
n
- Contributing to Board and customer experience reporting.
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, WHS requirements, Club policies and procedures.
n
- Demonstrating DOOLEYS values of Courage, Respect, Professionalism, Integrity and Humility

About You
n
You will be a creative, organised and proactive marketing professional with:
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field is preferred.
n
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing position.
n
- Solid communication and copywriting skills.
n
- Experience with working with various stakeholders including digital agencies and designers.
n
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment desirable.
n
- Advanced MS Office skills.
n
- Advanced knowledge of digital platforms including social media and website management.
n
- Experience with Marketing Automation Systems
n
- Experience with Drupal CMS desirable
n
- Experience with Google My Business and Google Analytics desirable
n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification
n
- Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification
n
