Duties & Responsibilities

n
- Greet customers and provide outstanding face-to-face customer service with a sales-focused approach
n
- Demonstrate product features and equipment to customers in the showroom
n
- Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently and professionally
n
- Maintain robust product knowledge to enhance the customer experience
n
- Assist customers with accurate order placement, tracking, and processing
n
- Encourage repeat business through positive relationship building
n
- Maintain showroom presentation and inventory standards
n

Skills & Experience

n
- Previous customer service or industry experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Clinical experience or allied health background (desirable)
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Confident using computer systems to manage customer records and orders
n
- Ability to remain calm and skilled in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Willingness to obtain required checks (e.g. Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check)
