Right now, we're looking for experienced meat processors with strong knife skills, to prepare our meat products, to help make top quality baked goods for our customers.

n

What you'll do

n

n
- Prepare, cut, dice and mince meats to recipe specs (no beef carcass breaking)
n
- Maintain sharp knives and protected knife-handling practices
n
- Follow quality control and meat-processing standards; complete basic records
n
- Work clean: food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance at all times
n
- Collaborate with the production team to meet schedules and minimise waste
n
- Handle manual tasks safely (lifting,



staging, sanitising, end-of-shift clean-down)
n

About you

n

n
- Available Monday–Friday from 5:00 am
n
- Experience in meat preparation, cutting, dicing and mincing
n
- Strong knife-sharpening skills
n
- Solid understanding of QC and meat processing standards
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Physically capable to meet the demands of the job
n
- Safety-first mindset with WHS compliance
n
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
- Cert II or III in Meat Processing (advantageous, not essential)
n
