Responsibilities

- Provide excellent phone‐based customer service and represent the Hy‐Tec brand
n
- Take orders, finalise sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs
n
- Schedule rostering and truck movements using software
n
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
n
- Order raw materials as needed
n
n
What you will need to Succeed
n
n
- Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regarded
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
n
- Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
n
- Proven ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
