The Opportunity: Clean Working Conditions & True Team Support

n

Forget chaotic construction sites or dirty wrecking yards. This position is based entirely inside a massive, exceptionally neat, tidy, and organised warehouse. Because this equipment is built strictly to high-level mining regulations, cleanliness and order are central to everything they do.

n

You will be working directly alongside qualified Tradespeople, handling the critical foundational tasks that keep the assembly lines moving smoothly.

n

What You Will Do:

n

Operating on a secure, permanent full-time day shift (Monday to Friday), your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Fitter Support: Assist qualified Mechanical Fitters with the assembly, positioning, and mounting of heavy-duty industrial pumps and diesel/electric engine packages.
n
- Component Handling: Support the preparation and layout of structural skids, specialised pipework networks, hydraulic hoses, and system sensors.
n
- Workshop Logistics:



Manage the flow of tools, parts, and materials to ensure the assembly floor operates at maximum efficiency.
n
- Pristine Housekeeping: Maintain an exceptionally clean, organised, and safe workshop floor, ensuring all workspace layouts adhere to strict safety standards.

What You Bring:

- The Experience: A proven background working as a Trade Assistant, workshop labourer, or within a mechanical manufacturing/assembly environment.

- The Hand Skills: High competence using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely.
n
- The Attitude: Absolute pride in your work. We need someone who is punctual, reliable, and notices the little things-maintaining a tidy floor and an organised assembly layout.

- The Commute: Reliable transport to get to the Derrimut workshop for a prompt daily start.
