3 Steps Early Learning is a small family owned service that focuses on creating a safe, loving and nurturing environment where children feel at home.

We are looking for passionate and inspiring Educators to be a part of our beautiful boutique family owned service at Camden. Our service operates between 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Developing strong positive communicating skills, both verbal and written;
n
- The ability to warmly and professionally communicate with young children and their families;
n
- Creating, planning and implementing quality educational programs;
n




- Assisting in the daily routines and how to make them more effective during learning;
n
- Ensuring children are a part of a warm and stimulating environment that will support their development.
n

We are looking for you if you...

n

n
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma;
n
- Hold a current Working with Children's Check;
n
- An understanding of contemporary child-secure practices
n
- Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
n
- Hold a First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain);
n
- Are motivated, committed and be an all round team player
n
