Turners Vineyard Motel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Housekeeping staff to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent chance to be part of a hospitality business that values cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and attention to detail. Based in Orange NSW, this casual housekeeping position offers flexibility whilst maintaining the high standards our guests expect. You will play a vital role in ensuring our accommodation spaces are spotless, welcoming, and ready for our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

n

Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the highest standards, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying living areas

n

Vacuuming, dusting, and performing general cleaning duties throughout the motel

n

Restocking guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other supplies

n

Inspecting rooms for any maintenance issues and reporting these to management

n

Maintaining cleanliness of communal areas including corridors, lobbies, and outdoor spaces

n





Handling guest requests promptly and professionally

n

Following health and safety protocols and using cleaning equipment and products correctly

n

Working efficiently to complete assigned rooms within scheduled timeframes

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)

n

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

n

Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks

n

Reliability and excellent time management skills

n

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

Flexibility to work various shifts, including morning shifts 9am - 1pm, and casual weekends as required
