Join to apply for the SharePoint Engineer role at Davidson. This is a 12‐month fixed‐term position based in Geelong with a hybrid (3 days onsite per week) arrangement. The role is part of a major digital transformation program focused on building a up-to-date Microsoft 365 environment. It involves designing, building, and maintaining a secure SharePoint Online platform that supports collaboration, automation, and compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, metadata structures, templates, and governance frameworks.
n
- Implement tenancy‐level policies, DLP rules, and security configurations using Microsoft Purview.
n
- Build automated document workflows and approval processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
n
- Support data migration using tools such as ShareGate and Migration Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
n
- Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and cyber security teams to integrate SharePoint within the broader Microsoft 365 environment.
n
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support transition and operations.

About You

n

n
- 5+ years of hands‐on experience designing and building SharePoint Online solutions in complex enterprise environments.
n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, data classification, and retention/disposition policies.
n
- Skilled in Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation.
n
- Experience with data migration tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager) and Azure DevOps.
n
- Understanding of PROV and government information management standards.
n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
n
