Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Workshop Manager to lead our busy and well-established automotive workshop in Mullumbimby, NSW.

About the Role

As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will lead and support the team while maintaining excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a similar workshop management or supervisory role.
n




- Robust mechanical knowledge and trade qualifications (preferred).
n
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
n
- The ability to prioritise work and manage a fast-paced workshop.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- A current driver's licence.
n
- Achieve budgets and sales targets
n
