We are currently looking forHandyperson/Gardenerswho are passionate, hands-on and are guest focused

n

About The Role:

n

n
- Deliver exceptionalpresentation of the gardens & grounds across the property.
n
- Knowledge of modern techniques inLawn mowing and edging, pruning trees and shrubs, fertilising, planting, turfing, pest and disease control,
n
- Perform day-to-day general maintenance duties within the hotel rooms and public areas
n
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls
n
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition
n
- Make recommendations for the property and assist with the long-term planning and development of the complex.
n

About You:

n

n
- Positive and optimistic attitude - "we can do anything" approach
n
- Experience with fixing day to day things - lights, taps, painting etc
n




- Logical approach to problem solving
n
- Ability to coordinate contractors to get efficient results
n
- Ability to understand what the customer sees - and ensure our property is always kept to the highest standard
n
- Ability to work with teams, and communicate clearly and in time
n
- Knowledge of a trade beneficial
n
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice highly regarded
n
- Solid communication skills
n
- Supervisory experience of maintenance activities in a fast-moving lean environment
n
- Hands on role with a solid understanding, ideally experience in hotels
n
