n Salary Range: AUD 100,000 - 130,000 per annum

About the Role

n

You willbuild and maintain KPI monitoring, detect anomalies early, and produceregular and ad-hoc analysesthat drive retention, conversion, and revenue performance. You will partner closely with Product Operations and Campaign teams — translating business questions into transparent analytical outputs.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Build and maintain aproduct metrics framework(dashboards, alerts, definitions) for core KPIs:conversion, retention, activity, ARPU, payment and campaign performance
n
- Daily monitoringof metrics; flag anomalies and leadroot-cause analysis
n
- Deliverweekly/monthly insight reportsand deep dives requested by operations and leadership
n
- Complete independent analysis projects (e.g. funnel drop-off, cohort behaviour, campaign incrementality)
n
- Develop analytical models where valuable:LTV, conversion paths, pre-churn signals(SQL + Excel/Power BI; Python/R a plus)
n
- Partner with stakeholders to turn findings intoprioritised recommendations
n
- Document metric definitions and ensureconsistent reportingacross teams
n




- UseAI toolsto accelerate exploration and documentation where appropriate
n

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's a plus)
n
- 5+ yearsinproduct analytics, growth analytics, or data analysison internet/mobile consumer products
n
- StrongSQL; proficient inExcel and Power BI(or equivalent); experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
n
- Solid grasp offunnel, cohort, retention, and experimentationconcepts
n
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, strong Mandarin communication
n
- Full Australian work rights

- Experience ingaming, fintech, marketplaces, or subscription consumer apps

- Experience supportingoperations or campaign teamswith recurring reporting cadences
