Job Description

n

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/ Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Albury. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment.

n

You'll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you'll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

n

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound phone & online sales processing
n
- In-store customer service
n
- Order & receipt incoming stock
n
- Process & pick purchase orders
n
- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Exceptional communication skills
n
- A customer service champion
n
- Experience or a passion for auto parts
n
- Well presented
n
- Great phone manner
n
- Ability to influence & negotiate
n
- Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
n
- Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
