This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate, current student nearing graduation, or someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in business operations, project support, administration, people and culture initiatives, and business improvement.

As part of our Corporate Services and Support Team,you'llhelp keep the business running smoothly while supporting initiatives that make Group 10a great placeto work.

Duties and responsibilities
n
TheBusiness Operations and EnablementCoordinatorwillreport directly to the General Manager People, Performance and Delivery.With plenty of support,assistanceand coaching, this role willbe responsible for:
n
n
- Contractadministrationand hygiene of all Group 10 client contracts.
n
- MaintainingGroup 10'sOpportunityTrackerto ensureanaccurateand holistic picture offuture resource demand.
n
- Supportingthe implementation of the Group 10 Business Plan through supporting initiatives, as directed.
n
- Provision ofsupport to Group 10's Chief Security Officer and Security Officer inmaintainingGroup 10's DISP accreditation.
n
- Supporting all Group 10 employee events, byassistingwith coordination, planning, set up, pack up(whererequired)and attending all events in person.
n
- Administrative support services and other duties asrequired.
n
n
This positionisexpected to be onsite in the Group 10 Office.Flexible / hybrid work arrangements are subject to agreement and are to be in line with the broader Corporate Services team members.
n
The position may be considered for part-time employment at a minimum of3 daysper week.Full time permanent is also definitelyan option.
n
