We're currently looking for a reliable, experienced Cook / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help us continue delivering consistently great food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for running your own section and contributing to daily service and prep, while maintaining high standards across food quality, safety, and consistency.

n

n
- Running a section during service with confidence and efficiency
n
- Daily food preparation and cooking to a high standard
n
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and temperature controls
n
- Portioning and quality control
n




- Monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment temperatures
n

n

We're Looking for Someone Who:

n

n
- Has 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced pub or similar kitchen
n
- Holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or 3+ years' experience in lieu)
n
- Can work independently and under pressure in a high-volume environment
n
- Takes pride in producing well‐executed, consistent food
n
- Has strong organisation and communication skills
n
- Works well in a team and can help guide others when needed
n
- Is solutions‐focused, proactive, and calm during service
n
- Holds a Food Handling Certificate
n
- Is available for nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Has full working rights in Australia
n
