Experienced Barista / All-Rounder – Sylvania

We're on the hunt for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy café in Sylvania.

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a barista in a busy café.
n
- Confident dialling in espresso and maintaining coffee consistency throughout service.
n
- Ability to work efficiently during busy morning rushes while remaining calm under pressure.
n
- Solid customer service skills with a warm, friendly personality.
n
- All-round café experience including POS, food running, clearing tables and general café duties.




n
- Reliable, punctual and a great team player.
n
- Weekend availability is essential.
n
