We are currently seeking a motivated and technically-minded Sales Representative to join the team, specialising in laser cutting and sheet metal machinery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role that combines both in-branch and field-based sales.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the laser and sheet metal machinery category. Your daily responsibilities will include:
n

- Face-to-face sales visits with existing and prospective clients
n
- Handling incoming sales enquiries and providing product advice
n
- Preparing and following up on quotes
n
- Recommending the right sheet metal machines to meet customer needs
n
- Building strong, ongoing customer relationships
n
- Delivering technical sales support and after-sales service
n
n

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Trade or Engineering qualifications OR
n
- Metal laser cutting knowledge
n
- Sheet metal machinery knowledge
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Experience in technical sales or internal sales within manufacturing, machinery, Ideal
n
- Knowledge of sheet metal or laser cutting equipment is highly desirable
n
- Ability to understand and advise on technical products
n
