We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands‐on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a part‐time basis. This is a day shift position offering 3–6 hours per day, 5–6 days per week, with the opportunity to become a long‐term member of our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and working in a fast‐paced setting.

About the Role

n

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operation, ensuring apartments meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation while supporting and motivating the housekeeping team.

n

During periods of lower occupancy, the successful applicant must also be willing to assist with cleaning guest apartments and perform hands‐on housekeeping duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping team. Reporting and liaising with our senior management team
n
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance
n
- Inspect guest apartments to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved
n
- Train, support, and mentor housekeeping staff in liaison with the senior management team
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Monitor cleaning supplies,



and housekeeping inventory in liaison with our operations manager
n
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the onsite property manager. Assist with linen count
n
- Assist with cleaning guest apartments and housekeeping duties during quieter periods
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor position
n
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a housekeeping team
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes
n
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Flexibility to work 5–6 days per week on day shifts
n

- Australian Citizenship; or
n
- Australian Permanent Residency; or
n
- New Zealand Citizenship with unrestricted working rights in Australia.
