Valentino Boutique Melbourne is seeking a passionate luxury retail professional to focus on developing and retaining existing clients while welcoming new ones, delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will drive KPIs such as conversion, cross-selling, AVT and upselling, participate in strategic zoning, and constantly integrate digital tools to enhance clienteling. A robust team spirit and a readiness to work full-time in shifts are essential.
