Initial 12 month contract to work with our customers on Dynamics 365 CRM improvements. You can be based anywhere in Australia, full remote option available.

About the Role

n

This is a senior, hands-on consulting role where you'll work both on the functional side and the development side when customisation will be needed.

n

You'll design and implement solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM, working collaboratively with Solution Architects, Data and Integration teams.

n

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading client workshops and translating business needs into functional designs
n
- Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 solutions
n
- Supporting UAT, training and post-go-live activities
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Excellent business analysis and process design skills
n
- 5+ years senior developer experience
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
