Job Description

EB Games Australia is looking for a hands-on IT Service Desk Supervisor to lead a small but busy support team, ensuring reliable, responsive IT support daily. You'll supervise, coach, and manage tickets, while staying hands-on with Entra ID, network routing, and end‐user tech.
