Location: Byron Bay / Northern Rivers (Hybrid)
n Note: Must live in Byron Bay or surrounds.
n Employment Type: Junior Role. Contract/Part time (2 days per week)

About the Role

n

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and organisational side of social media.

n

You'll be responsible for planning, creating and scheduling content, managing social feeds, assisting with email marketing and ensuring everything is delivered to a high standard.

n

You'll work closely with the Director across a range of exciting fashion and lifestyle clients.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Create engaging social media graphics and content in Canva/Kling.AI
n
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
n
- Organise and maintain cohesive Instagram feeds
n
- Resize and prepare creative assets for different platforms
n
- Write captions and copy, and manage client assets
n
- Assist with content planning and monthly content calendars
n
- Keep up to date with current social media trends and platform updates
n
- Contribute to analysing content performance, then optimising and scaling based on results
n
- Liase with clients directly and build strong relationships
n
- Additionally build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo as needed
n

Skills & Experience

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n




- Experience managing business social media accounts
n
- Proficient Canva skills
n
- Good organisational and time management skills
n
- A good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
n
- Experience using scheduling platforms such as Rella, Later, Planoly or similar (highly regarded)
n
- Understanding of Project Management systems such as Clickup/Asana.
n
- Experience using Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms)
n
- A genuine interest in fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
n
