Head Barista for BAHIA CAFE in Double Bay location – CASUAL 2-3 days

Requirements for this role:
n 1 1/2 – 2 years work experience as a Barista is required
n Casual position 2-3 days per week

n

Are you a hospitality superstar with a passion for people, excellent coffee, and early morning starts? We're looking for an Experienced Barista to join our small, fabulous, and talented team on weekends.

If you have a passion for coffee, can move with speed and deliver consistently excellent coffee then we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

- Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
n
- Maintain stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven experience working in a busy café or espresso bar
n
- At least 1 years experience as a Barista
n




- Excellent communication, and organizational skills
n
- A calm and confident problem-solver with a hands-on approach
n
- Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences
n
- A team-first attitude
n
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required
n
