Stoddart Group are a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry. A leader in what we do, Stoddart are the often unseen but ever-present backbone behind the construction of every new home.

This role sits within our Residential Building Products division and works closely with our valued builders to ensure we're an efficient, supportive, and solutions-focused partner throughout their build.

n

We're now looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Truganina branch. This role would suit someone detail-oriented, organised, and naturally great at problem solving.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide support across the Operations team to meet daily workflow demands
n
- Receive and schedule bookings, services and repairs
n
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of subcontractors
n
- Process orders, quotes and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
n
- Monitor job progress and update job notes accordingly
n
- Liaise professionally with builders and suppliers
n
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional, clear and solution-focused
n
- Maintain accurate data entry and troubleshoot issues as they arise
n
- Interpret two-dimensional drawings as three-dimensional objects (training provided)
n




- Assist the procurement team with tasks as required
n

- Residential construction experience (on-site or office) is desirable but not essential
