Warehouse & Fulfilment Assistant – Casual, Ongoing

Ongoing casual role, 20-24 hrs/week across 3 days, shifts within school hours. Equestrian brand, Moorooduc. Retail or warehouse experience preferred.

We're an established equestrian apparel and accessories brand known for premium performance wear and a high-end customer experience. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our small team on an ongoing casual basis.

You'll be based on a working equestrian property in Moorooduc, surrounded by horses, with free onsite parking and a supportive, friendly team.

The Role

n

Pick, pack and process online orders to a high standard

n

Receive, check and dispatch stock

n

Communicate clearly with the team and with customers in writing and on the phone.

n

Follow safety and warehouse procedures

n

Lifting up to 25kg when required

n

This is an ongoing casual position, averaging 20 to 24 hours per week across 3 days.



Shifts are scheduled within school hours (approximately 9am to 3pm).

What We're Looking For

n

Strong written English, you'll need to communicate clearly and professionally in writing

n

Reliable, motivated and takes pride in doing a job properly

n

Comfortable working accurately in a quick-paced environment

n

Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

n

Retail or warehouse experience preferred

n

Equestrian product knowledge highly regarded

n

Shopify experience a bonus

n

Must have Australian working rights

n

Own transport required (no public transport nearby)

n

Consistent, ongoing hours across 3 days a week, within school hours

n

Free onsite parking

n

Work on a beautiful acreage property surrounded by horses

n
