What you'll be doing:

n

- Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements
n
- Partnering with Account Managers/Executives to resolve customer challenges
n
- Delivering responsive, high-quality customer service across calls, email & internal systems
n
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors
n
- Contributing to process improvements and operational excellence
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Experience in a customer-focused or admin role (ICT environment highly regarded)
n




- Administration of complex Government arrangements
n
- Highly desirable experience in Microsoft licensing, operations or contract management
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Ability to work in quick paced setting
n
- Basic knowledge of IT products/solutions (highly regarded)
n
