The Opportunity

n

We are on the look out for an experienced and committed Receptionist to join our thriving clinic on an part-time basis. This role offers approximately 15-20 hours per week. While our preferred working days are Wednesday and Thursday, we're open to considering alternative arrangements across Monday to Thursday for the right person.

n

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive experience.

n

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

n

Greeting clients and managing front desk operations.

n

Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.

n





Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

n

Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.

n

Supporting our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals with administrative tasks.

n

What We're Looking For

n

Experience in an administrative or receptionist role ideal.

n

Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential!

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

n

Proficiency in using booking systems and general office software.

n

A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
