Job Description

AustCorp Executive, based in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join the office-based team. You will manage pricing across the front end of the residential building process, including quotes, tenders, variations and fixed house-and-land packages, ensuring margins are protected.

You will review plans, guidelines, and changes to capture all structural and cost requirements, working with sales, drafting, and construction support to maintain accuracy
