Eclat is a luxury workspace and members' lounge in Hawthorn East, where work, culture and connection meet considered hospitality and intentional service. Home to 48 serviced offices, eight meeting rooms, multiple event spaces and a members-only cafe, lounge and bar, our spaces are shaped around clarity, ease and brilliance.

At the heart of it sits Parlor - the hospitality soul of Eclat. It is where our community gathers, where connections are made and culture is built: a full-service cafe and bar held to the standard our members expect - warm, attentive and quietly meticulous.

We are looking for a barista with real pride in their craft to join our growing team. Someone who pulls a faultless espresso, reads a room with ease, and makes every member feel personally looked after, from the first coffee of the morning to the final pour before close. You will run the coffee, lend a hand behind the bar and across the floor, and hold the small details that turn a good cup into something memorable.

Best of all, this is hospitality without the unsociable hours. Parlor is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm,



with the occasional event beyond these times - so you can do work you love and keep your nights and weekends your own.

Requirements

- At least one year's experience as a barista in a quality cafe setting
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Calm, capable multitasking in a rapid-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
- A warm, approachable manner and genuine care for members and colleagues alike
