Are you highly organised, energetic, and passionate about events and food culture? We are seeking a Part time Coordinator to manage and coordinate food truck events across various locations.

About the Role:

n

As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing food truck events from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with vendors, councils, Schools and close event coordinators.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Coordinate food truck bookings and event schedules

n

Liaise with food truck operators, venues, and stakeholders

n

Manage event logistics, permits, and compliance requirements

n

Oversee event setup, operations, and pack-down

n

Handle communications before, during, and after events

n

Arrange staff for events

n

About You:

n

Excellent organisational and communication skills

n

Strong time management and attention to detail

n

Ability to work independently and problem-solve

n

Confident using email, scheduling tools i.e., Trello, Canva, Vnox, Square and Zella
