This 12-month fixed-term Commercial Manager role leads the site commercial function, delivering effective financial management, governance and commercial outcomes. The position provides strategic and operational advice to the General Manager and senior leadership team, supporting sustainable performance, cost control, contract management and compliance.

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
n
- Significant experience in a commercial or finance leadership role
n
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
n
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
n
- High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skill
n
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
n
- Experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry environments
n
- Experience managing contracts and capital projects
n
