Responsibilities

- Setup, manage and optimise campaigns within Facebook's Ads Manager
n
- Scrutinise analytics to identify opportunities and use conversion rate optimisation tactics (A/B testing, etc.) to maximise ROI
n
- Write persuasive direct response ad copy (training provided)
n
- Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion tracking pixels
n
- Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for ongoing optimisation
n
- Educate and keep Account Managers informed on strategies and tactics
n
- Manage time efficiently and scale campaigns rather than running small ones
n

Qualifications / Requirements

n

n
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
n
- Experience with Google Analytics
n
- Understanding of email marketing systems (MailChimp or similar)
n
- Passion for online marketing and digital strategies
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication
n
- Be efficient, organised and task-oriented
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
n
- A positive, problem-solving attitude
n
- Keen willingness to learn and grow within the team
n
- Experience with Photoshop is a plus
n
- Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus
