Kiddie Academy is seeking passionate and experienced Childcare Educators to join our growing team in Orange, NSW. As a Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children, ensuring their social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and play-based learning experiences for children
n
- Observe and document children's progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet individual needs
n
- Provide a protected, clean, and stimulating environment that supports children's well-being and learning
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community
n
- Adhere to all childcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
n
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Working towards Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Experience in a similar childcare or educational setting, preferably working with children aged 0-12 years
n




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
n
- Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in fun and educational activities
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- A genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of children
n
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
n
