What You'll Be Doing:

n

As an Entry‐Level Logistics Coordinator, you'll be trained to support a portfolio of clients by assisting with freight bookings, quotations, and delivery coordination. You'll gain hands‐on experience in logistics operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

n

Your daily tasks will include:

n

- Assisting with freight bookings and scheduling
n
- Preparing basic quotations and consignment notes
n
- Coordinating the transit and delivery of goods
n
- Communicating with clients to provide updates and assist with changes to jobs
n
- Answering phone and email enquiries promptly
n
- Building positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
n
- Providing support to your team and learning on the job
n
- Ensuring excellent customer service in all interactions
n

What We're Looking For:

n

You don't need prior logistics experience; we'll provide full training. However, the following attributes will help you succeed:

n

- A genuine interest in logistics, freight,



or supply chain
n
- Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
n
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- A team‐oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
n
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.)
n
- A positive, proactive mindset
n

n

A qualification in logistics and supply chain is highly regarded but not essential.
