About Us

Aquamarine Personalised Home Care is a growing, family-focused provider delivering high-quality aged care and disability support services.

We support clients living independently in their own homes across Grafton and surrounding areas, and due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team.

About the Role

This is a flexible, community-based role supporting clients in their homes. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a genuine difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
n
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, errands)
n
- Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
n
- Transport to appointments and community access
n
- Social support and companionship
n
- Supporting recreational and daily living activities
n

About You

n

We are looking for caring, dependable individuals who are passionate about supporting others.

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (or relevant experience)
n
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
- Current Police Check
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- Current First Aid Certificate
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
