The Head Brewer at Last St Brewery & Distillery leads all brewing operations, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency across production. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role drives product innovation, develops the brewing team and supports strategic growth.

Beyond production, the Head Brewer acts as an ambassador for Last St, representing the business at industry events, collaborations and customer engagements while maintaining a robust safety‐first culture.
