We're partnering with a well-established business looking to hire an ambitious FP&A; Analyst who wants to move beyond technical accounting and become a true commercial finance partner.

n

In this role, you'll take ownership of a key revenue stream on the P&L;, working closely with operational stakeholders to understand performance, provide meaningful insights, and influence business decisions.

n

What you'll be doing:

n

- Partner with leaders across the business to provide commercial financial support.
n
- Own and analyse a key revenue line within the P&L.;
n
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
n
- Deliver financial analysis that helps drive business performance.
n
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
n




- Support ad hoc commercial projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Is making their first move from Big 4 or Mid-Tier Audit, Business Advisory or Financial Accounting.
n
- Has strong technical accounting foundations but wants a more commercial career.
n
- Is naturally curious and enjoys understanding how a business operates.
n
- Is a self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
n
- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships with stakeholders.
n
- Has a genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career in FP&A.;
n
