As Multisite Practice Manager at Coffs Coast Dental and Facial located in Coffs Harbour and Moonee Beach NSW, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and smooth operation of the practice.

Here's what your role will look like:

n

- Leading our practice teams and ensuring the clinicians are well supported to provide anamazing end to end patient experience
n
- Mentoringand supportingthe practice team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
n
- Being responsible forfront office coordination, dental assistants, sterilisation and all practice processes and procedures
n
- Driving the business development for the practice - building relationships with patients andthe community
n
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practices
n
- Managing and monitoring practice costs, patient scheduling, billing, and collections to ensure seamless financial operations
n




- Coordinating with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and protocols required inthe industry
n
- Assisting with marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
n
- Monitoring inventory levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of office supplies
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven Dental practice leadership experience - leading and managing people, systems and processes
n
- Experience successfully motivating, rostering, coaching, training and engagingthe team
n
- Commercial acumen - successful experience managing patient rebooking rate, chair utilisation,Google reviews, practice revenue, cost management and team retention
n
- Capability, positive influenceand willingness to engage with thepatients and the community for practice brand exposure
n
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
n
- Solid understanding of dental regulations, compliance, and infection control
n
- Confidence using dental software and patient management systems
n
- Energetic and hands‐on approach, with the willingness to be hands on at reception whenneeded
n
- A working style that is calm under pressure and professional at all times
n
- Adaptable and open to continuous improvement and change
n
