The role

n

One of our biggest commitments is building a team of kind, considerate and empathetic people who feel happy and invigorated working for our brand and our customers. As Boutique Manager at our Chadstone boutique, you'll create a collaborative and driven setting focused on achieving our retail objectives, while supporting your team to deliver an exceptional and unique experience to every BEC + BRIDGE customer.

Key responsibilities

n

- Develop new customer relationships and nurture existing ones
n
- Coach the team to apply our unique selling process with every customer
n




- Host styling workshops and connect with customers around collection launches and major deliveries
n
- Finance and budget management
n
- Monitor financial costs, maintain budget controls and report on performance
n
- Build rosters to meet sales versus salary budgets and approve timesheets promptly
n
- Manage boutique expenses in line with company guidelines
n
- Team leadership and people
n
- Recruit, induct and develop your team, and support the State Manager with performance reviews
n
- Provide continuous training on policy, procedure and selling techniques
n
- Understand each team member's goals and help them work towards achieving them
n
- Foster succession planning and career growth
n
- Stock and visual merchandising
n
- Oversee stockroom operations, deliveries and stocktakes
n
- Implement BB visual merchandising guidelines to optimise sales
n
- Delegation and time management
n
- Prioritise daily, weekly and monthly tasks and delegate based on team strengths
n
- Ensure administrative reports and cash-handling procedures are always up to date
n
