If you?re a skilled Maintenance Fitter looking for consistent site-based work, a professional team environment and genuine long-term stability - this role delivers.

n

We?re expanding our Maintenance Team to support ongoing maintenance, shutdown and upgrade requirements across SEQ including Gold Coast regions such as Nerang and Yatala.

n

What the Role Involves

n

This is hands-on mechanical maintenance work across established industrial sites - not short-term labour hire placements or stop-start project work.

n

You?ll be part of a structured, trade-led team supporting live production environments where safety, planning and workmanship matter.

n

You?ll be involved in:

n

n
- Preventative mechanical maintenance across plant and equipment
n
- Breakdown response and fault finding in live operating environments
n
- Mechanical repairs, component change-outs and equipment alignment
n
- Shutdown works, plant upgrades and installation support
n
- Working on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, bearings and associated equipment
n
- Isolations, disassembly, inspection and reassembly of mechanical systems
n
- Working alongside boilermakers, electricians, riggers and supervisors to deliver safe, efficient outcomes
n

Are You an ENAP Fit?

n

n
- Cert III Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitting) or equivalent
n
- Strong mechanical maintenance experience in industrial environments
n
- Fault finding and troubleshooting capability
n
- Experience with rotating equipment, conveyors and plant maintenance tasks
n
- White Card (essential)
n




- Forklift, EWP and Working at Heights tickets advantageous
n
- Dogging/Rigging tickets highly regarded
n
- Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented
n
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
n
