We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Credit Officer to join our Finance team based in our head office in Clayton, working 9-5 Monday - Friday.

n

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will effectively manage your credit ledger from end to end and continually communicate with internal and external customers to achieve credit targets.

n

What a typical day will look like:

n

n
- End to end credit processing, including reconciliations, banking and allocations
n
- Collection of payments and actively pursuing customers for overdue balances
n
- Processing of new application forms via our online portal
n
- Making recommendations to set up customers credit facility
n
- Reviewing and reinstating credit limits
n

ABOUT YOU

n

You are a true collaborator, an excellent communicator, and you enjoy building strong relationships with internal and external customers.

n

Your tenacity and resilience will set you up for success in this role. You have a positive nature, are driven, naturally alert and have an innate ability to spot issues.

You will have the following skills, experience & attributes:

n

n
- Experience in a similar role with high volume end to end accounts receivable /credit control process
n
- Demonstrated experience with reconciliations
n
- The ability to prioritise tasks to changing workloads




n
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
n
