Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join our fast-paced team based in Lidcombe.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, managing urgent call-outs, and ensuring technicians are deployed efficiently to meet customer needs.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Scheduling and dispatching technicians for reactive and emergency works

n

Managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls

n

Troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and resolving issues quickly

n





Communicating clearly with technicians, clients, and internal teams

n

Prioritising urgent jobs and adapting to changing demands

n

Proficiency in MS Office applications is required for effective coordination and communication

n

About You

n

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

n

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced workplace

n

Excellent organisational and time management skills

n

Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving ability

n

Experience in scheduling, coordination, or service-based industries (preferred but not essential)

n

Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required

n

Must possess valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
