The Opportunity:

n

As a Building Certifier, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, industrial, mixed-use and residential developments, providing certification advice and regulatory guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
n You will work alongside an experienced team of technical specialists while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own projects and clients.

We are particularly interested in speaking with:

- Level 1 Building Surveyors / Certifiers (L1 BS)
n
- Level 2 Building Surveyors / Certifiers (L2 BS)
n




- Professionals currently located in Victoria, Tasmania or Western Australia
n
- Certifiers interested in relocating to Brisbane or the Gold Coast
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Undertake building assessments, inspections and certification activities
n
- Review applications and determine compliance with the NCC and relevant state legislation
n
- Provide expert technical advice to developers, architects, builders and project teams
n
- Attend site inspections and project meetings
n
- Prepare quotations, fee proposals and certification documentation
n
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
n
- Identify opportunities for additional certification and compliance services
n

n

About You:

n

n
- Current Building Certifier accreditation (Level 1 or Level 2)
n
- Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC)
n
- Experience undertaking building assessments, inspections and certification activities
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
n
- Current driver's licence
n
