Job Description This is a permanent, Fulltime Service Manager role offering 38 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You'll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top-tier support to children and their families. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting a team of dedicatedEducators within your school.
n
- Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
n
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care & vacation care.
n
- Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
n
- Working closely with our local Services Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties
n
- A fun, inclusive, and enriching secure environment for children.

What we're looking for:

n

You're a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:

n

n
- Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus!).
n
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
n
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
n
- A commitment to putting children and families first.
n
- A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
